Responsibilities:
-Identify training needs and suggest training programme for mining staff.
-Guarantee the raw material supply to the plants (quantity and quality)
-Participate in the elaboration of underground mining development : define the size of chambers and pillars, orientation and thickness of sill pillars, etc.
-in cooperation with the Mine and Quarry Management
-Apply the mining development plan and follow up in detail taking into account budget, security, environment and quality aspects
-Establish good contacts with the local and central authorities regarding the mining rights (present operation and extension targets)
-Control and supervise the mining contractors
-Apply the guidelines for drilling and blasting (to be defined by the group)
-Develop mining techniques and methods for the long term
-Carry out any tasks related to the activity of the Competence Centre Mine and Quarry Management.
-Make good relationship with local villagers for long term operation.
-Assume responsibility for SEQ compliance (mandatory & Omya Corporate policies), ensuring that measures are consistent with Omya policies.
-Manage with open communication and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
-Proper and timely preparation of documents for related licenses and certificates

Education / experiences /skills / competencies required:
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Mining Engineering

- Minimum of 5 - 8 years of experience in mining (underground or tunnelling)
- Fluent knowledge in English (spoken / written); Chinese (Mandarin)
- Blasting Certificate & Mine Safety Management Certificate is a MUST
- Team player, good organiser & good communicator
- A high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Profound knowledge of modern, mechanized mining & ability of mining design and mine planning.
- Driving license

工作职责：

1、负责矿山整个生产运营安全作业，合理协调管理各种工种正常施工和生产。
2、负责定期优化更新矿山寿命，制定年、季、月计划和预算。
3、负责采矿设计、排土场设计、地下境界优化以及其他单体设计，控制矿体贫化和损失。
4、负责采场岩石力学工作,对采场监控并对失稳分析，制定支护计划和相关实验。
5、负责工程验收结算，对成本每月分析对比并进行合理控制。
6、负责监督爆破设计和施工。
7、负责监督采场排水作业。
7、撰写各种生产报表。开发生产实用

任职资格;

3、有爆破证
4、有驾驶证
5、有地下开采3年年以上
