岗位职责：
1. Help to establish and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company goals and market conditions
结合公司目标和市场情况协助建立和实施采购策略。
2. Participate the development of purchasing strategy
参与制定和完善采购策略
3. Draft strategic sourcing plan and strategy for each category of material
起草战略采购计划
4. Help to build up and maintain systems to manage suppliers and contractors
协助建立和维护承包商、供应商管理系统。
5. Draft market investigation report regularly to support strategy
定期起草市场调查报告。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor or above in related discipline such as supply chain Business administration economics and accounting or equivalent education
工商管理、会计学等相关专业本科以上学历。
2. 3+ years on-hand experience specializing in the field of purchasing, supply chain or business negotiation
三年以上先关领域工作经验。
3. Professional certification is preferred such as CSCP(Certified Supply Chain Professional),CPSM(Certified Professional in Supply Management),CPM(Certified Purchasing Manager).Senior Purchase Engineer etc.
具有CSCP、CPSM、CPM认证或高级采供工程师者优先。
4. Have certain ability on speaking English and written English
具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
该岗位工作地址为贵州省黔西南州贞丰县，公司免费提供休假地往返通勤及酒店机票；公司承担员工所有社保费用，包括个人缴纳部分；该岗位连续工作19天休假11天。
