职位要求
岗位职责:
1.To lead and build an effective and productive Geology Team.领导和建设高效的和生产性的地质团队。
2.To ensure that all mine Geology work (Underground and Open Pit) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.确保所有的矿石地质工作(井下与露天)都能按照安全,有效,节约成本的方式开展。
3.To ensure that all Exploration Geology work (Jinfeng and Anbo EL) is carried out in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.确保所有的勘探地质工作(锦丰及Anbo EL)都能按照安全,有效,节约成本的方式开展。
4.To ensure that all relevant procedures are developed and followed as required.确保按要求制定并且遵循所有相关的程序。
5.To develop, facilitate and coach the Geology Team to continually improve their performances to achieve/exceed their targets.发展,促进并指导地质团队,以持续提高地质团队的工作绩效从而完成/超越地质团队目标。
6. To ensure that structure interpretations, resource and grade control models are updated correctly and on time.确保地质构造解译,资源模型和品位控制模型得到准确及时的更新。
7. To ensure that underground Long Hole mining grade control work is done accurately and on time.确保及时准确地完成井下中深孔采矿品位控制工作。
8. To ensure that the reconciliation work is done accurately and on time.确保所有的金属平衡工作准确及时地完成。
9. To produce sound budgets, and review/prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis.制定健全的预算,并及时地准备/检查日报,周报及月报。
任职要求:
1.Familiar with exploration geology.熟悉勘探地质。
2. Advanced level of mining geology and SURPAC including establishing grade control model and database, ensure mining grade control system running efficiently.高水平的采矿地质能力, 高水平的SURPAC运用能力,诸如:创建品位控制模型及数据库,确保采矿品位控制系统高效运转。
3.Skillful for SURPAC, Mapinfor, CAD. 熟练地的SURPAC, Mapinfor, CAD 等软件运用能力。
4. Good computer skills with the ability to use grade control modelling systems, word processing, presentation and spreadsheet applications 良好的足以使用品位控制模型系统的电脑技能, 能够运用word, 幻灯片,电子表格。
5. Strong customer service focus.强烈的客户服务意识。

该岗位工作地址为贵州省黔西南州贞丰县,公司免费提供休假地往返通勤及酒店机票;公司承担员工所有社保费用,包括个人缴纳部分;该岗位连续工作19天休假11天。
